Exchange, Refund and Return Policy
Only Returns Within 14 Days of Purchase Date Are Eligible for Full Refund. After 14 Days You Are Entitled to Exchange or Receive a Store Credit.
The Following Conditions Apply for Exchange, Returns and Refund
• To be eligible for a Return, your Item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Unworn or Unused.
• With the Original Tags Attached.
• Not been Altered.
• Not been Washed.
• In its Original Packaging.
• In a Resaleable Condition.
• All Footwear must include the Original Shoe Box in its Original Condition.
• For Hygiene Reasons, we do not offer Returns for Jewellery, Beauty Products or Hats.
• Items Purchased on Sale are Final Sale and cannot be Returned.
• You’ll also need the Receipt or Proof of Purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving Item and contact us immediately if the Item is Defective, Damaged or if you receive the wrong Item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will Notify you once we’ve Received and Inspected your return, and let you know if the Refund was Approved or Not. If Approved, you’ll be Automatically Refunded on your Original Payment Method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your Bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the Refund.
